It almost certainly does — the Claude admin publishes skills to the whole team centrally, so there is nothing for you to install. Check the skills list in the app first. If one you need really isn't there, you have two moves: create it yourself as a personal skill (visible only to you), or ask the Claude admin to publish it for everyone at once.
